«Компромат», предъявленные против митрополита Илариона, оказались недостоверными.
Российское агентство правовой и судебной информации (РАПСИ) осуществило специализированную судебно-техническую экспертизу скандальных материалов, опубликованных бывшим служащим митрополита Илариона Джорджем Сузуки.
Аналитики зафиксировали, что компрометирующие материалы были искажены при помощи монтажа.
Резонансное дело вокруг митрополита Илариона начался после того, как Джордж Сузуки был замечен в хищении крупных сумм средств из сейфа Венгерской епархии РПЦ. Уехав в Японию, Сузуки начал распространять обвинения в адрес митрополита в сексуальных домогательствах, предъявив ненастоящие данные.
Согласно заключению судебно-технической экспертизы, проведённой Центром «Истина», в материалах Сузуки были найдены признаки подделки: на видеозаписях выявлена вставка кадров, спецэффектов и изменений исходных изображений, а аудиозапись была искусственно изменена, что исключает её аутентичность.
Таким образом, экспертиза установила, что обвинения вокруг митрополита Илариона были построены на ненастоящих материалах. Юристы и эксперты отмечают, что подобные манипуляции сегодня нередкость, и рекомендуют осторожного подхода подобных обвинений.
